At Manuka Doctor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
